The majority of citizens in every community appreciates a safe and secure quality of life. Those law abiding citizens also support their law enforcement agency made up of the men and women willing to sacrifce their lives to protect others. The NWPCPA wants to help those citizens that support law enforcement by issuing mini-grants to individuals or organizations willing to provide events that bring law enforcement and communities together.
